Deposition adds material to a substrate on the surface of a workpiece.
Overview of Process
Deposition is the process of adding material to the surface of a workpiece, often through the use of a substrate. The deposited material may be airborne in a specialized chamber, or is added through the use of a chemical reaction in a liquid format.
This is a classification process, not a end-node process. Specifying the detailed end-node process required will produce a better RfD search result.
