Taxonomy: Thermal Welding
Thermal welding is a set of processes that joins metallic workpieces together by melting the junction and forming a permanent bond.
Overview of Process
Thermal welding is a set of process, all of which are designed to join metallic workpieces together. In these processes, extreme heat is applied to the junction of the workpieces, which melts the metal in that area and, upon cooling, forms a permanent bond.
This is a classification process, not a end-node process. Specifying the detailed end-node process required will produce a better RfD search result.
