Taxonomy: Thermal Joining
Thermal joining processes join workpieces together using high-temperature heat.
Overview of Process
Thermal joining is a set of related processes, all of which are designed to join workpieces together through the application of very high temperatures.
This is a classification process, not a end-node process. Specifying the detailed end-node process required will produce a better RfD search result.
